Over the last 21 years our spiritual family/community has developed and implemented a number of programs. These programs include cultural arts and history, healthy food and garden programs in New York, Puerto Rico, Jamaica and Oklahoma. 

The continuity of the Ancestral Root requires that we help meet the needs of survival in countries where genocide initiatives abound - like the ghettos of the United States or the Favelas of Brazil. Community members have given time, energy output and money to further said needs. 

We take no funding from government or foundations. 

All monetary contributions are given without expectations of a tax write off.

We ask you to support our future plans for expanding arts and culture through our Nubian Heritage Arts programs for the youth and their families; health and wellness programs are nurtured through Amen Amakhu Life Institute. Both of these are 501 c 3 which allows for a write off. 

Temple Amen Amakhu is a not-for-profit institution.
